There is nothing more exciting than seeing a tired, dark mid-century home be transformed into the polished gem that it longs to be! 3531 Kim Court was truly one of my favorite mid-century modern rehab projects because it had such great bones and sat on an extra big cup-de-sac lot. It was loved over the years by a sweet couple who raised their 3 beautiful children there. The wife was a teacher and the husband was an electrical engineer who added on a double office space and a sturdy screened deck that felt as solid as the year it was built.

domoREALTY helped with the design elements of this home from the new oak wood floors to the paint palette, no surface was left untouched. Our goal was to keep the original integrity of the mid-century design while blending in the new modern updates to make it fresh, simple and heart-stopping.
