The did however need help with the staging, so we brought in our award winning stagers to suppliant their furniture and make things feel like a show house. After the home was ready we set out to create the most captivating marketing campaign to show potential buyers how desirable the area was.

We brought in our photographer and videographer.  Then we launched the marketing strategy that included: YouTube video, blog, Instagram and Facebook.  We used the Zillow showcase Listing Platform that doubled the online traffic.  Using a 3-D floor plan gave people the option of viewing the home from the comfort of their couch.

The You tube video that received over 23,000 views.   A very busy open house with over 28 people and the cherry on top was 6 strong offers!

The icing on the cake – we closed for $920,000. Our clients were thrilled with the results and ease of their sale.
