In 2024 the real estate market fell flat on it’s face due to rising home prices, high interest rates and very few buyers.   Sellers were being warned not to expect their homes to sell fast and above list price like the previous years.  Many homes sat on the market with little interest and unhappy sellers had to resort to reducing the list price.
