Jon & Kevin had us over for tamales the other night – what a treat!! This October will mark the one-year anniversary of their home purchase! We met when they were scoping out Northcrest and fell in love with a spectacular Mid-Century Modern renovation that was already under contract – so sad!! Trying to move on, they put an offer in on another house in hopes of tweaking it and making it similar to the one they loved. I am a strong believer that things happen for a reason…The offer on their dream home fell through and when I called them to tell them the good news they were elated! A year later they have decked out their Mid-Century Modern, replacing the carpet downstairs with travertine, adding museum-quality lighting to showcase all of their folk art and topping each room off with DWR (design within reach) furniture.
